Singaporeans enjoy a taste of Western Australia at WA! Fest 2025

Invest and Trade Western Australia’s (WA) Singapore office is proud to partner with Singaporean boutique grocery and restaurant chain Little Farms, Tourism Western Australia (TWA) and the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) to bring WA’s premium agrifood products, award-winning wines and unique gastrotourism experience to Singapore this September

As part of the four-day WA! Fest campaign, Invest and Trade WA’s Singapore office, TWA and DPIRD co-hosted a dinner for Singaporean government, industry and media representatives, together with 14 Western Australian producers who travelled to Singapore to support the campaign.
Singaporean stakeholders heard firsthand from WA’s Investment and Trade Commissioner for ASEAN (Singapore) Betty Yang about trade and investment opportunities in the agrifood sector between Singapore and Western Australia.

Guests also engaged directly with passionate WA producers, who showcased their products through sampling and conversations. The menu, featuring ingredients supplied by the visiting producers, was crafted by renowned WA chef Aaron Carr of Yarri Restaurant + Bar in Margaret River.

In addition to the WA! Fest dinner, the campaign featured farmers’ markets showcasing fresh WA produce and gourmet treats, and pop-up dinners crafted entirely from Western Australian ingredients.
Western Australia’s unique gastronomy was on full display, from crisp wines and fresh produce to iconic snacks and artisanal goods, with each product reflecting the pristine growing environment, innovation and natural abundance of the State.

Singapore is a strategic market for Western Australia’s value-added agrifood products and acts as a key entry point for many small and medium enterprises seeking to expand into the broader ASEAN region.
Through the Invest and Trade WA Singapore office and DPIRD, the WA Government is committed to identifying and growing trade opportunities for Western Australian businesses in this market.

All WA producers participating in WA! Fest are long-standing suppliers of Little Farms, with their products available year-round in stores.

- Bannister Downs Dairy
