Funding available to help Western Australian SMEs grow their business in Asia
Round 3 of the Access Asia Business Grants program opened on Tuesday 2 February 2021, with grants of up to $25,000 (excluding GST) available on a net co-investment basis*.
The Access Asia Business Grants program is coordinated by the Department of Jobs, Tourism, Science and Innovation and supports Western Australian small and medium businesses (SMEs), and organisations such as Asian business councils and industry associations, to advance their export and trade initiatives in Asian markets.
Expressions of Interest are invited from locally-owned and registered businesses and entities seeking to build and/or maintain competitiveness in Asian markets. * Co-investment is at a rate no less than 20% applicant to 80% Western Australian Government funding. All co-investment items may be subject to an independent audit.
